Release 37.8.0

This minor release extends the DatePicker component with the ability to display an alert banner at the top of the dropdown overlay. Consumers can now surface contextual warnings or informational messages directly within the picker, improving in-context feedback without requiring custom wrappers. A maintenance fix is also included that backfills previously missing historical release documentation.
