Release 39.10.0

This release adds new configuration options for date pickers and fixes an issue with translation keys. Consumers can now choose which date presets to display in date range shortcuts, providing more flexibility in UI customization. Additionally, date range shortcut labels now use literal translation keys for improved internationalization support.
